How do you ensure chocolate doesn't melt during shipping?

We use specialized insulated packaging and cold packs for shipments to warm climates or during summer months. We also monitor weather patterns to ensure your chocolates arrive in perfect condition.

Are your chocolates gluten-free or nut-free?

While many of our chocolates do not contain gluten or nuts as an ingredient, all our products are manufactured in a facility that processes milk, gluten, tree nuts, and peanuts. Cross-contamination is possible.

What is the best way to store my chocolates?

For optimal flavor, store your chocolates in a cool, dry place between 15-18°C (60-65°F). Avoid refrigeration if possible, as it can cause 'bloom' or condensation which affects the texture and appearance.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, we ship within Canada and the United States. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.

Can I customize a chocolate assortment box?

Yes, we offer customizable boxes at our physical boutique locations. For online orders, we provide a curated selection of our most popular pralines, ganaches, and truffles.

What is your return policy for food items?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or you are unsatisfied with the quality, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery.
